Thoroughly inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us right away and we will arrange the return at our cost.

5-Day Free Trial — Mobility Devices

Take it out and actually use it. If the scooter isn't right for you, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll take it back — no questions asked, no restocking fee, and we cover return shipping. You receive a full refund of everything you paid, including the original shipping.

Normal use during the trial will not affect your refund. Please keep the original packaging so the scooter can travel back safely, and return everything that came in the box — charger, power key, basket and any included accessories.

Returns After the 5-Day Trial

You may request a return up to 30 days after delivery. After day 5, return shipping is your responsibility, the item must be in resalable condition and in its original packaging with all accessories, and a restocking fee of 5%–25% of the selling price may apply depending on inspection. Original delivery fees, including next-day and overnight shipping fees, and other service fees are not refundable. Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are treated as returns. If a returned item is damaged beyond normal use, we will contact you and can ship it back to you at your cost.

Accessories, Batteries and Parts

The 5-day free trial applies to mobility devices only. Accessories, batteries and replacement parts must be unused and in their original packaging, return shipping is your responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply.

Return Process

Contact ZiiRobot to request a Return Authorization (RA). Once the RA has been issued, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 10 days. We will inspect the item on arrival and issue your refund to the original form of payment.
