Our nationwide fulfillment centers ensure delivery within 3 days for all orders. If repairs are needed, we’ll conveniently pick up the item from your home and service it at one of our centers.

Keep Your Box

We highly recommend keeping the original packaging for future service needs. If repairs are required, we’ll pick up the item and complete the repair at our service centers, typically within 3 business days. Once the repair is finished, we’ll notify you via email and promptly ship the item back to you.

To assist our technical team in creating the best repair plan, include photos or videos clearly showing the issue along with a description. Our technical support team will assess the problem and provide the best solution. If needed, we’ll schedule a pickup for your item and repair it at our fulfillment centers. The warranty covers all repair and component costs. Once the repair is complete, we’ll promptly ship your item back and provide you with a tracking number

You also have the option to repair the item yourself or take it to a trusted local repair shop. We’ll provide the necessary components and repair instructions at no cost.

When Warranty Has Expired

Even if your Limited Warranty has expired, we can still assist with repairs. If your product requires service, please contact us. We’ll need the serial number of your item along with photos or videos that clearly show the issue. Send the details to our customer support email at it@ziirobot.com.

Our technical support team will assess the problem, provide a solution, and send you a quote. Once you approve the quote, we’ll send you an invoice for payment. We will then schedule a convenient pickup for your item. After the repair is completed, we’ll ship the product back to you and provide a tracking number.

Paid Local Service Option

You also have the option to take your item to a trusted local repair shop. We’ll provide the necessary components and repair instructions at dealer pricing.
