Our fulfillment centers across the United States assure delivery within 3 days for orders. Also we pickup the item from your home and repair it in our fulfillment centers.

Keep Your Box

We strongly recommend you to keep the package box for future service. We will pickup the item and finish the repair in our service centers. Repair normally takes about 3 business days. We will send you an email and ship it back as soon as it is fixed.

Travel Protection

We will replace any damaged mobility equipment during travel for our customer. Insurers can collaborate with us to swiftly replace your equipment at discounted rates.

The limited warranty will protect your item for the whole warranty covered period (we recommend you carefully review the limited warranty policy). Feel free to contact us if your product needs repair. We will need your order number and the serial number of the item to track your record. Some photos/videos which clearly show your issues are required to help our technical team generating the best repair plan. Send the photos/videos with your description to our customer service email address it@ziirobot.com. Our technical support team will review the problem and generate the best solution for you. We will schedule the pickup of your item if needed and ship it back after we repair the item at our fulfillment centers. Your warranty will cover all repair and component cost. We will ship your item back as soon as we finish the repair and provide you with the tracking number.

Free Local Service Option

You can also choose to repair by yourself or find a local repair service shop you trust and have them to repair your item. We will provide essential components and repair instructions, cost free.

When Warrnaty Expired
Paid Repair From Our Service Center

If your Limited Warranty is expired. We can still provide the repair service. Contact us if your product needs repair. You will be asked to provide the serial number of your item with some photos/videos which clearly show your issues. Send the photos/videos with your description in details to our customer support email address it@ziirobot.com. Our technical support team will review your email and generate the best solution with a quote. Once you agree with the quote, we will send you an invoice so you can make the payment. Pickup service will be scheduled for your convenience. We will ship the product back as soon as we finish the repair and provide you with the tracking number.

Paid Local Service Option

You can also choose to find a local repair service shop you trust and have them to repair your item. We will provide components and repair instructions at a dealer-price.
